Our grants
Supporting the
East Brighton Community
East Brighton Trust is committed to investing in the people, places, and ideas that support the East Brighton community. Since 2008, we’ve supported a huge range of local projects and organisations, helping to strengthen the neighbourhoods of Moulsecoomb, Bevendean, Bates Estate, Saunders Park, Manor Farm, Whitehawk, Craven Vale, and Bristol Estate.
As we move towards launching a new charity in 2026 – EBT will still continue as a subsidiary of the charity – the grant programme will evolve in terms of amounts available, but not in name.
Donor
Directed Grants
A capped amount to support initiatives that meet our objectives – this could be anything from seasonal support for a community centre, supporting grassroots organisations who want to organise, and equipment for a youth club.
Enrichment
grants
Support for local schools with funds for trips, books, experiences – anything that the schools consider will enrich the students’ lives.
How to Apply
The process to apply will be directly to EBT via our hello@eastbrightontrust.co.uk address. We will post on our e-news, social media and directly to schools and groups in the near future.
Partnership grants
Our partnership grants signify a long-term commitment from East Brighton Trust to fund key local organisations over several years. These grants represent our ongoing dedication to supporting the essential work of organisations across East Brighton.
